It is written in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Republic of the Philippines.
By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of this website and contact us if you have questions.
This Policy applies to personal information collected through website contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, email correspondence, and seminar registration processes. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from this site, which maintain their own privacy practices.

Silent Key operates as a financial literacy education provider based at 2nd Floor, PhilFirst Building, 6764 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, 1229 Metro Manila, Philippines. We organize and deliver financial awareness seminars for young Filipino professionals. We do not offer financial products, investment services, banking services, or lending.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Silent Key acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to personal data collected through this website and seminar activities.
